Overview – Remote Support enables our technicians to access and maintain the functionality your Evolved Home. Get priority support to keep your home updated, and running smoothly. Evolved Home will remotely monitor your system for potential problems, and respond quickly if an issue arises. Remote monitoring enables us to respond faster, and at a lower cost than a site visit. Service hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm.
Remote Programming – Our support technicians can connect to your Control4 system remotely to change basic programming features including modifying scheduled events, adjusting light levels, and various other functions.
Priority Remote Support – Pro-Active and Pro-Active Premiere plan members receive priority response on service issues, and 24/7 Chat Support.
Remote Rebooting – When your system includes IP addressable power centers, our technicians can remotely connect to the power center to reboot devices that may be locked up. This is one of the most common service call issues.
Remote Firmware Updates – Evolved Home support staff can perform minor control system firmware updates, and if your system includes an OVRCPro enabled network device, we can also perform updates to a wide range of other devices.
Email Notifications – Receive email notifications from system events or devices. “The Kids are home from school – 3:08pm – Smart Door Lock”. Requires 4 Sight or Connect Subscription.
Product Discounts – Receive product discounts on any parts needed during a service call.
Alarm Monitoring – Support Secure, and above plans includes alarm system monitoring by our local UL certified Central Station.
