*** Support Request Billable Labor Rate details: If the cause of the issue is related to installation workmanship or programming error by Evolved Home, labor will be complimentary if within Evolved Home’s installation warranty period (detailed with system documents upon project initiation). If the issue is due to equipment component failure within or outside of equipment warranty period, personal mobile device assistance or connectivity issues (smartphones, tablets, computers, etc), or other third-party components/devices not provided by Evolved Home (cable boxes, satellite boxes, ISP provided modem/gateway, etc), labor rates still apply. Failed in-warranty components and hardware replacement cost provided by Evolved Home is covered by manufacturer warranty through Evolved Home, labor rates still apply. All labor rates are billed at a one hour minimum charge, plus 15-minute increments at Pro-Active subscription discounted rate or standard operating hours rate (M-F 8-5).
Urgent Service requests for non-Pro-Active service plan subscribers – Afterhours/weekend remote/onsite labor rate for non-subscribed clients is billed @$350/hr, 1 hour minimum.
